Advertising & Rewards Policy

1. Ad formats we use

LudoKhelo serves banner ads on lobby and results screens, and rewarded video ads that a player starts deliberately to collect a coin bonus. Interstitials, if used, appear only between matches and are skipped by a visible timer. No ad is required to play a match, and no feature is locked behind watching an ad.

2. Rewarded coins, never cash

Every reward we grant for ad viewing is gold coins or diamonds. Both are in-app play tokens. They:

• have no cash value and no conversion rate to any currency;
• cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred to another player, or exchanged for goods or services;
• cannot be bought by a player with money;
• are granted by us at no cost as part of a promotional game mechanic.

Because rewards are not money, watching ads creates no earnings, income, wage or prize entitlement. Statements such as "earn ₹X per day", "daily cash payout", "withdraw to UPI / bank / Paytm", or "refer and get money" describe a different kind of service and are not LudoKhelo offers. If you see them in an ad, screenshot it and report it through Contact Us.

3. Reward caps and abuse checks

Rewarded coins are capped per day and per session, shown in the app before you watch. Caps exist so a small promotional bonus cannot be farmed into an unfair table advantage. Automated replay, ad-muting tools, emulators, rooted devices with injected ad SDKs, device farms and multi-accounting breach this section; we may reverse the coins and restrict the account under the Collusion & Fraud Policy and Fair Play Policy.

4. No ads that promise money

We do not accept or serve advertising that presents LudoKhelo as a way to win cash, and we do not run real-money contests. Third-party creatives are screened against the same rule; if a partner creative implies payouts, loans, gambling credit or guaranteed earnings, it is rejected or paused. Any user-generated or shared content claiming money from this club is removed as misinformation under the Community Guidelines.

5. Children and age rating

LudoKhelo is for players 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not serve behaviourally targeted ads to users we know to be under 18, we do not use advertising designed for children, and we do not reward children for ad viewing because minors may not hold accounts. Age is self-declared at signup; where we detect a minor account we close it under the Minors Policy and remove bonus coins.

6. Personalisation and opt-out

Ads may be personalised using the Google Advertising ID, coarse location, device model, session telemetry and in-app behaviour. You can reset or delete the advertising ID on your device, and you can turn off personalised advertising in your Google account settings. Choosing the non-personalised setting does not reduce coin rewards: rewarded coins are the same for every player regardless of ad personalisation.

7. Ad tech partners and disclosures

We use Google AdMob for serving and measurement, and Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics to understand crashes and reward-economy health. Our app complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies on monetisation and user data, the AdMob programme rules, and the self-regulatory codes applicable in the markets we distribute in. Ad partners may process identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy and Third-Party Services Policy.

8. Ad failures, reward disputes

If a rewarded video does not complete — a network error, no fill, a crash, or a callback that never arrives — the coins are not granted and no charge exists to refund, since nothing was paid. Where a reward was owed and the log proves the ad completed, Support posts the coins to your ledger. Send the match or session ID and the timestamp; we check the ad callback against the gold ledger row before deciding.
