This Coin Return Policy governs LudoKhelo play tokens.
Gold coins stay inside the app. If a match never starts, entry gold comes back to your bag. Nothing on LudoKhelo is refunded in money because nothing is paid in money.
If search is cancelled before an opponent is found, entry gold is returned. If a table is voided by fair-play rules, gold is returned as shown in History. If the server closes a room for maintenance before the first turn, entry gold is returned.
Started matches that finish or forfeit follow the room rules. Daily rewards and optional ads are promotional and are not reversed except for confirmed errors.
LudoKhelo takes no deposits and sells no coins, so there are no payment refunds, chargebacks or bank reversals to process. If you believe you were charged by a page that claims to be LudoKhelo, contact Support with the receipt and we will investigate as possible fraud.
Open Contact Us with your match ID and timestamp. We check the gold ledger and match log, then post the result. Rewards obtained by multi-accounting or farming stay reversed.
