1. INTRODUCTION & SCOPE
Chalo Khelo Bhaai ("CKB", "we", "our", "us") is an entertainment platform that offers real-time multiplayer games (Ludo, Tic-Tac-Toe, Chess, Checkers), voice chat (powered by ZegoCloud), random matchmaking, in-game bots, social features (add friends, messaging), integrated AdMob ads, and a unique e-commerce merchandise store (3D printed & sublimation products). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our Flutter + PHP backend application.
By downloading, accessing, or using Chalo Khelo Bhaai, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To deliver a seamless multiplayer, voice chat, and e-commerce experience, we collect the following categories:
2.1 Account & Profile Data
- Mobile Number: We ask for your phone number for account creation & verification (OTP login).
- 6-digit PIN: To secure your account and for in-app transactions (optional but recommended).
- Google Login Data: If you sign in via Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture (subject to Google’s consent screen).
- Username & Avatar: Displayed during multiplayer matches and friend interactions.
2.2 Gameplay & Multiplayer Data
- Game moves, match history, scores, and outcomes (Ludo, Chess, Checkers, Tic Tac Toe).
- Random matchmaking records & bot usage (when playing offline or practice mode).
- Friend list & messaging content (end-to-end encrypted in transit).
- Voice Chat Data (ZegoCloud): Real-time audio streams during multiplayer matches. Voice data is processed in real-time but not recorded or stored permanently by us. ZegoCloud may process audio for transmission; refer to ZegoCloud’s privacy terms.
2.3 Device & Usage Information (Ads & Analytics)
- AdMob Advertising ID (AAID): Used to serve personalized/non-personalized ads. You may reset or opt-out of ad personalization via Google Settings.
- IP address, device model, OS version, app version, network type, and crash logs.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging token: to send push notifications about game invites, messages, and order updates.
2.4 E‑commerce & Merchandise Orders
🛍️ PHYSICAL GOODS
Our integrated store allows you to order 3D printed items & sublimation products (custom merchandise). To fulfill orders we collect:
- Full name, shipping address (including city, state, pincode), phone number.
- Order details (product, quantity, coupon usage).
- Payment method: Pay on Delivery (COD) only. We do not process online card/UPI payments directly; cash/UPI at delivery is handled by our logistics partner.
- Game points & coupons: When you redeem in-game points to purchase coupons (max 70% discount), we track coupon usage and discount applied.
Shipping information is shared only with our delivery partners for order fulfillment.
2.5 Firebase Notifications & Google Services
- Firebase installation ID and FCM token for real-time notifications (friend requests, match invites, promotional offers).
- Google Analytics for Firebase to improve app performance and feature adoption.
2.6 Permissions Explained

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- Service Delivery: Account creation, multiplayer matchmaking, voice chat routing, and game logic.
- Ads & Monetization: Serve AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded video) to keep the game free. We respect user ad preferences.
- E‑commerce: Process merchandise orders, apply discount coupons (using game points), coordinate pay-on-delivery shipments.
- Social Features: Friend system, messaging, and presence status.
- Push Notifications: Real-time alerts for game invites, friend requests, delivery updates, and promotional content (opt-out available).
- Analytics & Improvements: Crashlytics, Firebase events to enhance game performance and user experience.
- Safety & Fair Play: Detect cheating, bots abuse, or harassment via voice/text moderation (automated scans).
4. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal information. However, we share limited data with trusted partners to operate the app:

5. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We implement industry-standard measures: data encryption (TLS 1.2+), hashed passwords, secure PHP backend, and Firebase security rules. Access to user data is limited to authorised personnel only.
- Account data: Retained until you request account deletion. After deletion, data is anonymized within 30 days except where legal retention applies (e.g., transaction records for tax).
- Voice chat logs: No permanent storage; metadata (duration, timestamp) may be kept for 30 days for debugging.
- E‑commerce order info: Retained for 3 years for warranty, returns, and accounting purposes.
- Game points & coupon usage: Stored to maintain your discount eligibility and prevent fraud.
6. YOUR RIGHTS & CHOICES (GDPR / India DPDP Act)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access & Portability: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: Update your phone number, shipping address, or profile details via app settings.
- Deletion: Delete your account and associated data (Settings → Account → Delete Account).
- Opt-out of Ads Personalization: Go to Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Disable Notifications: Change device settings or in-app preferences.
- Withdraw Voice Chat Consent: Deny microphone permission or disable voice feature in-game.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Chalo Khelo Bhaai is intended for users age 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us immediately. The app may contain ads, but we restrict ad personalization for users under 18 in certain regions as per Google Play policy.
8. GAME POINTS & DISCOUNT COUPONS (E‑COMMERCE)
🎮 In-game points are earned through gameplay. You may use points to purchase discount coupons (up to 70% off on merchandise). Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to terms displayed in the store. Points have no real-world cash value. Pay-on-delivery orders require valid address; discount is applied before order confirmation. We do not store full payment card details as we only offer COD.
9. FIREBASE NOTIFICATIONS & GOOGLE LOGIN
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send real-time updates: match invites, friend messages, order status. Google Login provides authentication convenience; we receive only basic profile info (name, email) after your consent. You may revoke Google access from your Google Account settings.
10. ADVERTISING (AdMob)
Our free-to-play model uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device data and use advertising ID to show personalized ads based on your interests. You can reset your advertising ID or opt-out of interest-based ads via device settings. We do not share sensitive personal data with advertisers. For users in the EEA/UK, we request consent for personalized ads before showing them.
11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Our servers are located in India (PHP Admin + MySQL). However, third-party services like Firebase and ZegoCloud may process data in multiple regions. By using Chalo Khelo Bhaai, you consent to such transfers as necessary to provide the service. We ensure adequate safeguards where required.

13. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may revise this Privacy Policy as features evolve or legal obligations change. We will notify you of material changes via in-app popup, email (if available), or by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
14. GOOGLE PLAY STORE REQUIRED DISCLOSURES
- Location Data: We do NOT collect GPS location. No background location tracking. Only coarse IP geolocation for regional ad compliance.
- Phone Number & PIN: Collected solely for authentication and account recovery. Not shared with third parties except for SMS verification providers.
- Voice Chat (ZegoCloud): Clear in-app disclosure prior to enabling microphone; users can disable at any time.
- Physical goods (COD): We explicitly disclose that address and phone are required for shipping; no online payment processing.
- AdMob & Children: We label app as “Not directed to children under 13” and comply with Families Policy requirements.
- Account Deletion: Users can delete their account along with all game points, friends, and order history from Settings → Delete Account. Permanent deletion within 30 days.
