Fair Play Policy

Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd operates Ludo Khelo (ludokhelo.club) as a skill-based gaming platform. We are committed to fair play and a level playing field for all users.

1. Skill-Based Games Only

We host only skill-based games where the outcome is predominantly determined by the skill, strategy, and judgment of the player, in line with the Supreme Court of India's interpretation of skill vs. chance. Our Ludo format is designed so that player skill governs results.

2. No Bots or Automated Play

All matches are played against real human players. We do not use bots in gameplay. Use of bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Cheat, collude with other players, or manipulate game results.
Use multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage or abuse promotions.
Use false identity, fake documents, or misrepresent your location.
Exploit bugs, hacks, or unauthorised third-party software.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or our staff.

4. Detection and Enforcement

We use manual and automated systems to detect unfair play, collusion, and fraud. If we find a violation, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account, forfeit your balance, and take legal action where appropriate. Our decision in this regard is final.

5. Reporting Fair Play Issues

If you suspect another user of cheating or unfair play, report it to us via the in-app option or contact support with details. We will investigate and take action as per this policy.
