Cancellation Policy

Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd (“we”) operates the skill-based Ludo platform Ludo Khelo (ludokhelo.club). This policy explains cancellation of account and related matters.

1. Cancellation of Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Before closure, you may withdraw any eligible balance as per our withdrawal policy. Once the account is closed, you will not be able to access it or recover any remaining balance unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Cancellation of Deposits / Add Money

Once a deposit or add-money transaction is successful and credited to your wallet, it cannot be cancelled. For duplicate or erroneous debits, see our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation of Withdrawal

You may request cancellation of a pending withdrawal before it is processed. After processing, withdrawals cannot be cancelled. For failed or delayed payouts, contact support with the transaction details.

4. Cancellation of Game / Match

Once you join a match and the game starts, the entry fee is locked. Cancellation of an ongoing game is not permitted except in cases of technical failure as determined by us. Our Terms & Conditions apply.
