Withdrawal Policy

Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd (“we”) allows eligible users of Ludo Khelo (ludokhelo.club) to withdraw winnings to their bank account or UPI in Indian Rupees (INR). This policy explains how withdrawals work.

1. Eligibility

You must have a verified account, completed KYC when required, and have a positive withdrawable balance from skill-based gameplay. Withdrawals are subject to our Terms & Conditions, KYC Policy, and AML Policy.

2. Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to your verified bank account (via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) or UPI ID. The available options may vary and are displayed in the app. You must use a bank account or UPI in your own name matching your KYC.

3. Limits and Processing Time

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the app. Processing typically takes 24–72 hours on business days. Delays may occur due to verification, banking hours, or high volume. We do not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; any applicable charges will be disclosed in the app.

4. Verification and KYC

We may require KYC (identity and address proof, bank details) before processing withdrawals. Pending or failed KYC can delay or block withdrawals. We may also hold withdrawals for security or compliance review as per our AML and fraud prevention procedures.

5. Reversals and Errors

If a withdrawal is sent to incorrect bank/UPI details provided by you, we are not liable. If we make an error, we will attempt to reverse or correct it where possible. You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed from the app.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your winnings. We may deduct TDS or other withholdings as required under Indian law and will provide statements as per applicable rules.
