Refund Policy

Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd (“we”) operates the skill-based Ludo platform Ludo Khelo (ludokhelo.club). Please read this Refund Policy carefully.

1. Deposits and Add Money

Once you add money to your game wallet, the amount is credited for use in skill-based games. We do not offer refunds for deposits or add-money transactions that have been successfully credited, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error on our side (subject to verification).

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you were charged twice for the same transaction or if your payment failed but money was debited, contact us with the transaction ID and proof. We will verify with our payment partner and process a refund within 7–10 working days if the claim is valid.

3. Winnings and Withdrawals

Winnings from skill-based games are eligible for withdrawal as per our Terms & Conditions and withdrawal policy. Refunds are not applicable on winnings that have been correctly credited after a completed game.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorised chargebacks or disputed payments may result in account suspension and recovery action as per law. Please contact us first for any payment-related issues.
